We bake our own gingersnap cookies in house using an old world recipe, featuring warming spices and both fresh and dried ginger. We then crumble these generously over the back of our Colombia Aruaca chocolate for a bar this is just the right mix of crunchy, warming, sweet and spicy. Pure comfort on a chilly day.
